1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs. flaour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped raw apples
1 tsp vanilla
Cooking
Instructions:
Beat the egg and sugar until very smooth. Mix seperatly the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake in a buttered pie tin for 35 min at 350 deg. Serve with whipped cream
